Our mission is to help recipients execute professional and regulatory accurate compliance protocols, residents receive the benefits ensured them by the regulation, and contractors execute a compliant outreach when the Need for new hire opportunities is realized. He possesses expert knowledge of state and federal affordable housing finance programs, including Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Private Activity Housing Bonds, HOME, TRUST, CDBG, TIF, HUD Insured Loan Programs, and Federal Home Loan Bank Community Investment Programs. He participates as either the Developer or Development Consultant in the development of affordable housing communities constructed as garden style apartments, town homes, row houses, single-family homes, and elderly midrise.
