Production and Training Farm of 1 MW: = 10 lead farmers being trained by 1 Master Trainer + 40 labourers being trained by 1 Master Trainer = 50 new jobs per year Entrepreneur Farmers #1 15% out of 50 farmers and labourers graduate and become entrepreneur farmers = 8 new entrepreneur farmers per year: Each of them employs 4 labourers = 32 new jobs in farming new jobs per year = 400 new jobs in 10 years

13 Benefits of Food & Energy The land is used twice Whereas solar plants create on average one permanent job per MWp installed, combined food and energy facilities will create on average 50 permanent jobs per MWp installed. The income of Food and Energy facilities come from both electricity that is being produced and sold and agricultural products that are being sold to local and international markets. The incubator will assist and coordinate production, training, education, skill development, access to finance for capital needs, operational and production input requirements, access to markets, logistics, quality control and assurance, thus creating a protective and supporting environment for the incubation, development and growth of sustainable agribusinesses. The Open Distance Learning system will assist in training, education and mentoring of people while working onsite.
