1 Mission Alabama A Collaborative Strategy At Mission Alabama, we are committed to building strategic bridges of opportunities that provide opportunities for low-moderate income communities that lead to transformation throughout Alabama. We accomplish this by creating project teams: That produce effective and diverse partnerships That seize opportunities for community and economic development That produce educational innovation That facilitate solutions that lead to holistic transformation

2 We coordinate services and resources: To create saturation strategies for maximum impact To provide real solutions for communities that are economically distressed To interrupt the generational impact of spiritual and economical poverty That assist individuals and communities in their transformation

3 Our Collaborative Model Over the last ten years Mission Alabama has established strategic relationships throughout the grassroots, corporate, faith, government and educational sectors. With this relational credibility, Mission Alabama is able to create partnerships in a matter of months that would normally take years to develop. When called upon by a stakeholder, Mission Alabama assembles a project team of solutionist that has access to the relationships, resources and experience needed to complete a project or develop a sustainable model.

4 Our areas of concentration Social innovation Organizational innovation Community & Economic development Faith mobilization Building Strategic Bridges The first step to building a strategic bridge is to identify which firms could help you achieve key goals (e.g., get more customers, lower fulfillment costs, etc.) and/or otherwise give you competitive advantage. Then, start reaching out to these firms. While it will take time, once you secure these partnerships, your business revenues and profits can start to grow.
