Please provide evidence of the extent to which your organization has achieved or made progress toward each short-term result. If you had to revise your results, please provide this evidence for both the original and the revised results. By evidence, we mean what is better or different because of your organization's work towards each result? If you have data you can include, please do so. From December 2011 through April 2013, we have deployed more than 511 million in loan capital. Sixty-one percent of these dollars, $6.9 million in total, was for single-family home mortgages. Please describe the scale to which you believe the grant was able to meet the need(s). All of our work is done within our branch footprint in north-eastern North Carolina. There is some lending activity, however, which happens in the Charlotte region. This Is a very small amount, but Is still centered around low-wealth communities 5. What has your organization learned while working to achieve the above-mentioned results? To what do you attribute your successes and failures? Please include lessons learned from any collaborations you may have engaged In, methods/strategies you used, challenges you faced, etc. We continue to focus on outreach within our communities. While we have achieved a certain level of success we are still a relative unknown to the maiority of folks in our service area. We are challenged, however, with respect to marketing We do not have a marketing department, so all our activity in this area is haphazard at best. In order to achieve greater impact with respect to marketing, we would either need more income or increased grant support. 6. List any other funds or in-kind resources, by source and amount, donated to the project during the period of the ZSRF grant support. If this was a general operating support grant, please state any other significant funding your organization received during the course of this grant. Statement E Page 3 of 5
