2 How to complete the Fnancal Detals Form Follow the nstructons we ll tell you what questons you need to answer and what ones you can skp. Secton 1 asks about you and who you lve wth t wll also tell you who needs to complete the rest of the form. Secton 2 and Secton 3 ask about your household ncome and dependng on your stuaton ether you (and your partner f you have one) or your parent(s) wll complete these. To complete Secton 3 your parent(s) or partner wll need to have ther Natonal Insurance number to hand. Secton 4 contans your declaratons whch must be sgned. You need to complete all of the questons you re asked to. Any mssng nformaton wll delay your applcaton. Where we ask for supportng documents we wll need t before your applcaton can be fully processed. Any mssng documents wll delay your applcaton.
