4 Terms & Conditions for Consultant 1. The application should be made in the prescribed format only. Application which are not in the prescribed format will be straight way rejected. 2. Only one common application is to be made for all the posts. 3. The details filled in the application form will be considered final and no change in the same will be considered at a later stage. All the supporting documents for qualification and experience should be submitted along with the application. The original certificates/documents in support of the details mentioned in the application form will be required to be submitted as and when required by GSSCL. 4. Only post qualification experience will be considered. 5. If at any time it comes to the notice of GSSCL that the candidate has submitted false details/documents/certificates, the contract will be terminated and appropriate legal action as per law will be taken. 6. The candidates shall mandatorily mention their valid Mobile Number and address at appropriate place in the application form. GSSCL will not be liable if any communication does not reach the candidate due to wrong Mobile Number/ address. 7. Only shortlisted candidates will be intimated and called for further scrutiny process. No written communication for the recruitment process will be made. The candidates will be required to keep checking GSSCL website for updates. 8. The candidates will be required to attend the interview at their own cost. GSSCL will not reimburse any cost for the same.

5 9. All the above mentioned posts are purely on contractual basis for 3 years subject to renewal on yearly basis based on the performance of the candidate. No claim for permanent job will be entertained. 10. The remuneration prescribed is all inclusive. No further payment of any kind will be entertained. Required deductions as per law will be made. 11. GSSCL reserves the right to cancel the advertisement/change the terms & conditions at any time without giving any reasons for the same. 13. The selected candidate will be required to carry out such duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director, GSSCL. 14.
