2 EVENT HIGHLIGHTS Enactus World Cultural Festival Students from each Enactus country displayed their native traditions and customs allowing everybody to experience the diverse cultures within Enactus network. Enactus Russia National Champion, Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, presented the project focused on a smart waste management system. Judges comments on Russian team project and presentation: Great idea with severe impact! Great project that has included everyone in the country from young children to senior citizens. You have managed to make it exciting for all. Waste management is really about a change of mindset and you managed to make it attractive whilst highlighting the needs, the advantages and the profitability. Your success with inspiring people to recycle and improving the process and volume of recycling is impressing. This project has a great potential. A very strong project and the business model was clearly explained. It addresses a large problem in the community and it will be interesting to see how the project develops especially as it is replicated in other parts of Russia. Great project to spread across and further! A brilliant and very clear presentation. Very good use of storytelling and analogies to bring it to life.
