5 GRDC On-line: Submission via GRDC s on-line system Infiniti. Applications can be saved in progress and returned to later. Register if not done so already In submitting an application to GRDC, you are agreeing to their Research Agreement terms and conditions unless stated otherwise Any problems with Infiniti, please log these issues where able within your application or via feedback to forms-help@grdc.com.au You can download a copy of your application extracted as MSWord, for the benefit of review by colleagues or HOS You can assign your Application to another registered user on Infiniti but your access is restricted until that person assigns it back to you for action

7 RB Top Tips (cont.): Collaborate with other organisations who have key capabilities, where applicable. Combine relevant experience to tackle priorities Discuss ideas and possible contacts with your UA colleagues, if not known Think about value for money in terms of project scope and budget request Draft your GRDC requested budget with assistance from your School Finance Officer, before submission to RB University salary on-costs for 2yr> appointment are 29.5% Always cost your budget as exclusive of GST. When GRDC fund a project, 10% GST is then added to payments. Using the standard formula, calculate UA in-kind for salary (where applicable) PLUS use of infrastructure, equipment, facilities, IT etc this is critical because GRDC allocates IP ownership shares based on our organisation input.

10 University Submission Process: with your intention to apply RB Deadline is Thursday 29 th October - for admin review, eligibility and completeness of application On Infiniti under Section 9 Checklist select either Marissa Lumasag OR Chelsea DuBois. Then under Section 11 select SEND to Administration Coordinator we should receive an auto alert via .
