The Initiative provides critical legal, capital and training resources to help organizations develop underutilized real estate assets into affordable homes and other community 5 facilities. 5

Clergy leader needs to cast the vision, gain buy-in from membership, and delegate day-to-day management of the development process to others. Initiative Overall Program evaluation is key. Affordable housing and community serving facilities align with many houses of worship s mission.
