We re excited to welcome you to the team! The AIM Companies Income Plan AIM s income plan empowers Members with the potential to earn generous commissions and exciting cash rewards. Members can advance by building a strong organization, helping customers, mentoring an active downline and providing opportunities to those who need them. Enrolling as an AIM Member You can receive Membership absolutely free if you make an initial order of an AIM Starter Pack, purchase $100 in product or by setting up an AMR (Automatic Monthly Reorder) of $50 or more. Otherwise, membership is a mere $20. Automatic Monthly Reorder The AMR program saves you money. You ll qualify for commissions automatically and get the best discount without losing your ordering flexibility. Those who maintain a minimum order of $100 US/CA will receive a 5% discount on their AMR. Orders of $300 or more receive a 10% discount. 2

3 Growth Phase 1. Everyone starts out at the Wholesale Member title. This allows you to receive discounts on products and sponsor new Members. AIM Wholesale Member To START your FREE membership, place an order of $100 or more, an AMR of $50 or more, or purchase an AIM Starter Pack Wholesale Member Bonus Volume Points Personal Volume Group Volume Bonus Volume Points (BVP) is the point value assigned to products. BVP is totaled monthly and is used to determine promotions, qualifications and commissions. Personal Volume (PV) is the BVP that you accrue from your personal purchases. Group Volume (GV) is the BVP that you accrue from the purchases of all Wholesale Members, Preferred Members and Group Builders in your downline, the BVP from your personal purchases. 2. The Preferred Member title allows you to earn a 6% commission on personal volume and Wholesale Members and 3% commission on Preferred Members. AIM Preferred Member To achieve this title, accumulate 450 Group Volume (GV) within 3 consecutive months 50 Personal Volume (PV) per month Preferred Member 6% 3. The Group Builder title allows you to collect 12% on your personal volume and Wholesale Members, 6% on Preferred Members and 3% on Group Builders. AIM Group Builder To achieve this title, accumulate 3,000 Group Volume (GV) within 3 consecutive months 100 Personal Volume (PV) per month Group Builder 12% 4. The title allows you to collect 18% on your personal volume and Wholesale Members, 12% on Preferred Members and 6% on Group Builders. AIM To achieve this title, accumulate 6,000 Group Volume (GV) within 3 consecutive months 150 Personal Volume (PV) per month 18% You are paid on the Group Volumes of your personally sponsored Wholesale Members, Preferred Members, and Group Builders. 3

4 How to Start Smart: The Math Suggested Retail Price: $62.50 (US) Member Price: $48.00 (US) Member Six Pack Price (per canister): $46.00 (US) With a 10% AMR Discount: $41.40 (US) That s a 34% savings! You save $21.10 on each canister. Earnings Commissions: If you make 450 BVP in purchases over three consecutive months, you will promote to Preferred Member and be eligible for commissions! That means: As a Preferred Member you can earn a 6% commission on the BVP of your personal purchases and purchases made by your Wholesale Members. Also, a 3% commission on the BVP of purchases made by your Preferred Members. That means even greater savings on your personal product purchases! Smart Start Rewards Another Way to Earn From the moment you sign up, you have the opportunity to take advantage of the Smart Start Reward (SSR) program. Earn a 20% bonus (up to $60 USD) on the 2nd order placed by your personally sponsored new Member as long as it is within 120 days of their first order. To receive the SSR, place a monthly qualifying order for your title the same month (Wholesale Members need only place an order with BVP). Fast Track to AIM A 3-Month Plan to Accelerate Your Success 1. Order 150 Personal Volume (PV) each month. 2. Find four other people with whom to share products and sponsor them. 3. Each of the four people should then sponsor four people. 4. Each of your downline Members order 100 BVP (about 3 or 4 products a month) for 3 consecutive months. At the end of your 3rd month, you will have accrued 6,000 Group Volume (GV), promoting you to AIM. Once you re a, you can start to earn AIM Leadership Bonuses 4

AIM Chairman s Club To achieve this title: Accumulate twelve 1st s who (1) enter the month as a (2) who qualify for twelve consecutive months. Earn an additional 1% on your Group Volume and on the Group Volumes of your 1st through 6th s. $5,000 One-time AIM Blue Diamond To achieve this title: Accumulate nine 1st s who (1) enter the month as a (2) who qualify in the same business month. $1,000 One-time 1 % AIM Royal Emerald To achieve this title: Accumulate six 1st s who (1) enter the month as a (2) who qualify in the same business month. $500 One-time 1 % START AIM Star Sapphire To achieve this title: Accumulate three 1st s who (1) enter the month as a (2) who qualify in the same business month. 6 AIM Leadership Bonuses Promoting to AIM unlocks greater earning potential, giving you a position of strength. In addition to the regular commissions you earn on your personal organization and breakaway s, AIM s and Elite s can also qualify to earn generous Leadership Bonuses and other rewards: Growth Bonus This monthly bonus pays you based on your monthly Group Volume (GV), which is your Personal Growth Bonus Volume (PV) combined 4% of AIM s Global BVP with that of your Wholesale Group Volume Shares 1,500-2,999.5 Members, Preferred Mem 3,000-3,999 1 bers, and Group Builders. 4,000-4,999 2 To re ceive this bonus, enter 5,000-5, ,000-6,999 4 the month as a 7,000-7,999 5 and have a minimum 300 8,000-8,999 6 Personal Volume (PV) and 9,000-9,999 7 a minimum 1500 Group Volume (GV). You can earn 10, up to eight shares a month in the Growth Bonus, significantly increasing your AIM income. Three-Deep Bonus This monthly bonus re wards you for developing downline leaders by paying you on your breakaway s Group Volumes down to three generations. To receive this bonus, Three-Deep Bonus 2% of AIM s Global BVP Group Volume Shares 1,500-2, ,000-4, ,000-6, , enter the month as a, have a minimum 300 Per sonal Volume (PV) and a minimum 1,500 Group Volume (GV), and have one or more s with a minimum 300 PV and 1,500 GV. You can earn up to two shares on each of your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generation s. To receive the most shares, be in a Group Volume range equal to or greater than that of the on which you are receiving the bonus. Otherwise, the share(s) you earn will be based on the Group Volume range you achieve. s When you pro mote to or an Elite Title Promotion title, AIM rewards you with a of up to $5,000 USD! To receive this bonus, place a monthly qualifying order of 150 PV. s Award $250 Star Sapphire $250 Royal Emerald $500 Blue Diamond $1,000 Chairman s Club $5,000 Breakaway Bonus The Breakaway Bonus is a special onetime bonus that rewards you for producing a new first-generation. In the month that your personally-sponsored Member promotes to AIM, their volume still counts toward your Group Volume for the calculation of your Growth Bonus. The next month, you can earn a Breakaway Bonus of $250 USD. To receive this bonus, enter the month as a and have you and your qualify with a minimum 150 PV in both the month the new breaks away and the following month. Elite Leadership Bonuses The Elite Leadership Bonuses reward you for developing a deep and active organization. To qualify for this monthly bonus, enter the month with the AIM elite title of Star Sapphire or higher and have a minimum 300 PV and 3,000 GV. Have two or more legs (see Income Plan Terminology) with 20,000 Total Downline Volume (TDV) per leg. 7 What Makes the AIM Business the Best Deal Around? Compression Compression maximizes your commission potential by ensuring that all possible qualifying levels are filled with productive downline Members. Any levels or generations of Members in your downline who did not place a monthly qualifying order are bypassed when determining payout, ensuring that only your active downline Members count as levels in the commission plan. Permanent Titles What happens if you need to take time off to support a sick family member or take an exciting road trip? The AIM Companies offers permanent titles, meaning you will not lose the title you have achieved as long as you meet the low minimum Personal Volume (PV) requirements yearly to keep your title and your membership active. Free Annual Membership Renewal Each year on the anniversary date of your Membership, the annual renewal fee is due. Just as AIM offers you free Membership options when you enroll, your annual membership renewal is absolutely FREE when you accrue a minimum in Personal Volume purchases during your membership year. Wholsale Members need 50 (PV) points. For Preferred Member and Group Builder titles, simply accrue at least 200 PV (Personal Volume) during your membership year, or pay a $20 renewal fee. For titles, simply accrue at least 600 PV, or pay a $150 renewal fee. AIM recommends setting up a qualifying Automatic Monthly Reorder (AMR) to ensure you receive monthly commissions and a free annual renewal. The AIM Partnership The AIM Companies offers the finest customer service and distributor support available. For over three decades, the corporate leadership has worked closely with Member distributors in the field, to foster the communication of their ideas and the things affecting them most. This has allowed AIM to create and modify our tools and programs in order to best fit distributor needs. Regular Contests AIM holds regular sales contests. This boosts morale, sales and provides you with additional financial rewards for achieving your goals. Awards and Recognition AIM recognizes and celebrates Member achievements. Yearly Celebrations AIM holds yearly Celebrations in exciting locations, a great opportunity to meet other AIM Members and learn exciting business and product information. Income Plan Terminology Breakaway A Member in your downline organization that has promoted to AIM title or above. Although a downline is still very much a part of your organization, their purchases and the purchases of their downline do not count in your Group Volume in the month following their promotion to and thereafter. Commissions Income paid monthly to an eligible AIM Member as a result of placing a Monthly Qualifying Order for his or her AIM title. You earn monthly commissions based on the BVP you and your downline accrue by purchasing AIM products during the month. Downline All Members who have joined AIM through you whether you personally sponsored them or you are upline from their personal sponsor. Your downline Members are sometimes referred to as your organization, network, or group. Elite s s who promote to the top four titles in the income plan Star Sapphire, Royal Emerald, Blue Diamond, and Chairman s Club. s Similar to levels (see definition), generations are distinguished from levels for the purpose of calculating commissions accurately; when Members in your downline promote to, they break away, and their Group Volume is recorded separately from your Group Volume. Leadership Bonuses Additional compensation for meeting specific bonus requirements. Leg All Members in a first-generation s organization to unlimited generations. Levels Refers to how many memberships there are between you and another Member in your network. Someone personally sponsored by you is referred to as your first-level. If that first-level promotes to title, they are referred to as your first-generation. A Member sponsored by your first-level or generation Member is secondlevel or generation to you. Monthly Qualifying Order The minimum monthly personal volume (PV) required to qualify for regular commissions in a month. Sponsoring Personally signing up people to become AIM Members. Total Downline Volume (TDV) All the volume earned in a Member s entire organization through every generation. Upline Members who joined AIM before you and are a part of the line or group of AIM Members through which you became a Member. 7
