Our Russian offices are located in St Petersburg, Moscow, Samara, and Nizhny Novgorod. In Russia we focus on industrial projects and invest in long-term business relationships. 3 A Dedicated Provider of Technical Building Services Our services cover the full array of mechanical, electrical and sprinkler systems. We focus mainly on industrial and commercial projects in Finland and in Russia. Our typical projects in Finland include commercial buildings, logistics facilities, office spaces, schools, and hospitals. Most of our HVAC projects are residential buildings and nursing homes. We are specialised in building services for modular buildings. In the Russian market our focus is on industrial projects. We offer both subcontract and full contract services. We are specialised in turn-key design build contracts. We pursue a quick and cost-effective implementation. 5 Russian Operations We are capable of Design Build contracting. Our services cover all mechanical and electrical services from boiler plants to gas fire extinguishing systems, and from 20 kv substations to extra-low voltage systems. We operate throughout the Russian Federation and focus on industrial objects. Our clients represent the food, pharmaceutical, and car industries. We have our own design department. We are experienced in Value Engineering. Our procuring department imports main equipment directly from vendors in Europe. 8 Quattro Mikenti Group Key Person Model Key Persons are minority shareholders in their own company. Our Key Persons include managing directors and other managers. For the Client, our Key Person Model guarantees independent managerial control, more reliability, flexibility, business agility, and competitive prices. Our subsidiaries are characteristically local entrepreneurial companies. However, they are backed up by our group organisation. We combine our efforts in procurement, finance, human resources management, and ICT support. Each of our subsidiaries is owned by Key Persons and other private individuals. The parent company Quattro Mikenti Group Ltd is owned by Adelis Equity Partners and QMG staff. 8

9 Ownership Adelis Equity Partners Ltd acquired the majority of Quattro Mikenti Group parent company stocks in 31 March The changes in ownership do not have any effect on the QMG business model, customer relations, or contracts. QMG staff were offered the chance to become shareholders in the parent company. In addition, the Key Persons retained their ownership of the subsidiaries. This makes QMG one of the few companies in its field owned by its employees. Adelis Equity Partners is a Nordic capital investor. Its funding comes from Nordic institutions, and international institutional investors. In Finland Adelis owns the majority of Puuilo, and MedGroup. The Adelis HQ is in Stockholm, Sweden. Its Finnish operations are headed by Mr. Rasmus Molander, a shareholder and a Finnish national. 9

13 QMG Partners Ltd Real Estate Maintenance Company QMG Partners Ltd was founded in August We aim to unite several HVAC maintenance and repair services companies into a larger organisation based on experienced and professional local units. Our trade mark is PlusService. There are companies on the technical services market planning to change business ownership. The owners might not have yet found a way to transfer the company without endangering the continuity of its operation. We offer an opportunity to transfer gradually and to participate in the building of QMG Partners Ltd. There is demand for a new medium-sized technical services company. The owners will have the chance to complete a gradual sale after three years of cooperation and development. The selling value will be determined clearly, based on net growth. The companies will continue their operations as independent local units, close to their Clients. Together we are able to guarantee the continuity of operation, and improve profitability as well. We plan to develop business practices supporting growth and efficiency, and maintain excellent customer service. As part of a larger group we will have access to support functions and more affordable wholesale material prices.
