8 HOW WE WORK We develop smart sites and applications Our developers have deep skills in both front-end and back-end development to support the needs of our clients. We have built applications based on open source frameworks, including Drupal, WordPress, Ushahidi, and MediaWiki. Our expertise includes PHP, Python, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, node.js, d3.js, and many other cool frameworks and platforms. We are followers of Lean Startup approach and are focusing on developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to help entrepreneurs and established companies to build products and solutions that really address the needs of their customers. 9 DEVELOPMENT PROCESS BRIEF We start with a brief and try to make sure we understand the work, the main goals, the users and the problems that we are trying to solve. PLAN = GOOD RESULTS Developing a good plan is essential to put the project on track. So it is critical to define the requirements through consultations with your team members. USER EXPERIENCE Customers are used to the highest standards in the industry and are not ready to compromise. We build functional & beautiful interfaces to meet customer expectations. BRANDING & DESIGN We aim to create an appealing visual identity based on modern design and UX concepts, at the same time ensuring that the site will engage and convert visitors. DEVELOPMENT We are using agile project management methodology and iterative approach to development to ensure best quality results. QUALITY ASSURANCE The products work with zero defects. That is, a formal quality assurance process to test for bugs, defects, browser compatibility and other issues are implemented. DEPLOY The Website is launched as soon as final testing of all features are completed and all bugs and issues are resolved. TRAINING We schedule personal trainings to ensure that content managers are able to easily edit the content of the websites or applications.
