7 COMMUNICATION TOOLS SELFMANAGED ROOM FOR 120 PEOPLE FOR 4H VAT Self-managed space for the creation of a workshop of the proposing company aimed at presenting scientific results of projects and experiments promoted by the company. The organization of the workshop program is the responsibility of the proposing company; this program must be consistent with the purpose of proper medical-scientific and technological information of the conference, also in compliance with ECM requirements and approved by the Scientific Committee. A congress hall equipped with a maximum capacity of 120 people will be available according to the standard chosen, which includes: Room availability for agreed timetable; Video projection system including screen, video projector, PC; Sound system, amplification with speaker microphones, audio recording; Refreshment table speakers; Two desk assisting hostesses; Presence detection for custom ECM. The initiative will be featured in a communication plan that includes the event: In the program of the event distributed to the announcement mailing list of the event; In the program of the event distributed to all participants present at the event; At the site of the event. The invitations to the workshops should be carried out using standard graphics that will be made available to the proposing company.
