2 2 In the time of 2008 crisis, international financial analysts put forward the following idea: "this is not a crisis, but a new reality." In our case, in addition to the crisis, we also get an improvement in the form of intensification of state regulation of medical devices market, and consequently, we have to either "live in a new way" or... after all, each on their own. Reducing costs and improving the efficiency of customer service are the components of life in a new way". These are the two aspects which the exhibition organizers are trying to assist participants with. In the event of expenses, it comes obviously to the cost of participation which is quite adequate to the current economic conditions and is much lower than exhibition arrangements in Ukraine offered by other organizers. Moderate cost of participation in the exhibition will allow getting free, so to speak, from the psychological burden which encourages participants firstly to get back the money and only then - to present the necessary products. When it comes to the efficiency of customer service, it should be promoted with the proper formation of the exhibition audience. In our understanding, these are solvent self-sufficient dentists with their own practice or clinic and office owners. Among other things, formation of such an audience will be promoted with the arrangement within a framework of exhibition of the Research and Training Conference where speakers of the highest world level are to be invited and where dentists will be able to gain valuable practical information. The target audience optimization could also be assisted by establishing a clear exhibition format. It is our deep conviction, that the exhibition and fair are different arrangements which in either event must be arranged separately. We are currently organizing an exhibition - event where you can comfortably display your products, freely communicate with your customers and where you will be able to provide your customers as much quality information about your products as you can. Another event scheduled as part of the exhibition is beyond the scope of the usual business process pattern. This is about the Congress of the Association of members in the format of a "round table". Introduction of "new rules" for our business, technical regulation and new format of market surveillance - these are the challenges that unite us!

3 3 The objective of the event: Drawing attention of the authorities to the urgent problems and sending them a message of consolidated position of the business community; Combining the efforts of our industry representatives in joint struggle and protection of interests; Establishing a dialogue with the European professional community and integration into their area; Development of a common development strategy; Coverage of position in the media; Round table will be attended by representatives of relevant associations, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, government officials, representatives of foreign associations. Our objective is achieving a reasonable consensus, establishing clear rules of action, and in general gaining confidence in the future.

Congress will involve representatives of relevant associations, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, government officials, representatives of international associations (ADDE, FIDE, VDDI etc), dental market operators. The emphasis will be focused on the subject of technical regulation and market surveillance.

Within a Conference, separately allocated area will be available for workshops for dentists and technicians. Estimated Forum visitors 5,000 persons.
