3 Friends of Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge Chamber Members - here is a great opportunity to support the Friends of Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge. For 35 years, Minnesota FoodShare has coordinated the largest statewide grassroots food and fund drive to help restock Minnesota food shelves. UPDATE ON BUILDING USE CHANGES Monticello Royal Ambassador Program To help build relationships with commercial property owners and their future tenants, the City of Monticello Community Development and Building Department have prepared a new Change in Use form for realtors, leasing agents, property managers, and property owners to use when there is a proposed change in use to a building or tenant space. The form is designed to help properties comply with the Minnesota State Building Code and Monticello Zoning Ordinance, which require that prior to a change in use within an existing structure, a review for compliance with these codes is completed. The information provided on the Change in Use form will help all parties understand whether any building or land-use permits are needed for the property.
