8 Parnassus UC Hall Façade Stabilization Built in 1917, oldest building on campus Installing netting over bays to contain terra cotta tiles in case of earthquake Expected completion date: January Parnassus Demolition & Landscaping Project began in April, demolition in May Construction resumed in November New target completion in May

9 Parnassus Cole Valley Fair on September 28 (Sponsor) Blood Pressure Screenings by School of Nursing students Provided health education and screened 39 people Inner Sunset Sundays (Sponsor) Providing a dental clinic on December 7 9

10 Mount Sutro UCSF presented updates on Mount Sutro maintenance to two San Francisco advisory committees this fall: Urban Forestry Council Parks, Recreation and Open Space Advisory Committee (PROSAC) 10

11 Mount Zion Mount Zion Intensive Care Unit (ICU) designated as Ebola Isolation Unit if necessary If a patient with suspected Ebola arrives at UCSF, the patient will be treated in the isolation unit at Mount Zion by trained providers. All other patients in the ICU will be relocated. Plans are in place for safe laboratory testing and waste management. Access to the unit will be tightly restricted and monitored. 11
