Number of cluster members (according to their size, types); Economic power of the cluster (employment, revenue, export revenue); Financing mix of the cluster management; Granted amount success rate at calls; Activity of the cluster (domestic and international events, media activity); Membership fee; Geographical distribution of the members; Service portfolio of the cluster; Number and type of international projects of the cluster; Number of successful - introduced to the market- innovation project (financial background); Number of IPR; Relationship with research centres;
