St. Vincent de Paul St. Vincent de Paul would like to give out a HUGE thank you to ALL the Sacred Heart Students for collecting can goods and toiletries. With the amount collected, these will go far to help and feed many families in need. THANK YOU FOR YOUR Support of the St. Vincent de Paul Society. REMEMBER 1.When donating locate, student s name first. 2.Place donations within that account so credit may be given to the student. As another option to donate 1.Select Sacred Heart CROSBY school. 2.Click on the RED donation tab. 3.Indicate in the comment section student's name so credit can be given to that student. NEXT INCENTIVE DUE BY FEBRUARY 4 PreK3-Kindergarten donate $45 1st-8th donate $75 All students meeting the goal will recieve 2 free dress passes and a chance to go into the Money/Prize Machine at the next pep rally. 3 SACRED HEART CATHOLIC SCHOOL - CROSBY, TEXAS February 4, SPRING GALA NEWS Our Spring Gala is set for Friday, March 1, at 6:00pm. It is our school s largest fundraiser and all proceeds benefit our school. The tickets are $125 each and entitle two adults to dinner, beverages, silent auction, live auction and chances to win amazing prizes. If you initialed Plan B Parental Involvement on your registration form, which was to purchase or sell two tickets, you may pick up your tickets: School Office Monday-Friday 7:45am 3:45pm Tuesday - February 5 Multicultural Evening 5:30-6:15pm (prior to event) Tuesday - February 12 PTG Meeting 6:30pm After you purchase or sell your tickets, please bring the payment with the completed ticket stub to the School Office. Be sure to indicate on the ticket stub if you will attend the Spring Gala. If you chose Plan A, you are not required to purchase or sell tickets but we hope you will call the School Office to purchase your tickets and join us for a night of fun. An early bird drawing will be held on Friday, February 15, for a chance to receive two complimentary tickets. Winners are still eligible for the Grand Prize, so get your tickets in early! If you need additional tickets, please , call or come by the School Office. For those who chose Plan B, family FACTS accounts will be charged on Friday, February 22, if payment has not already been made. We must have the ticket stubs to qualify for the drawings. Know of a business who can donate a service, ask them to donate! Have a few items that can be added to another basket, donate it! You provide a service or sell a product, donate it! We also need baskets. If you have baskets or decorative containers that can be used to assemble baskets and you are looking for a good home for them, donate them! All items can be dropped off at the School Office LUNCH PROGRAM Subway Tuesdays Deadline every Friday Thursday, February 7th Deadline TUESDAY, February 5th, by 12 Noon Order Forms on School Website Apply TODAY for Tuition Assistance for the school year through FACTS Important Dates FACTS online application available on website: FEB. 11, 2019 FIRST FACTS deadline (90% of available funds will be distributed) Week of MAR. 18, notifications to parents regarding awards JUL. 1, SECOND FACTS deadline (remaining 10% will be distributed) Week of JUL. 29, notifications to parents regarding awards. 3 Thursday, Februray 14th Deadline TUESDAY, February 12th, by Noon TRACK INFORMATION February 12 - Parent Track Meeting following the PTG meeting at 6:00PM. First practice is Thursday, February 7, for ONLY 5th-8th graders. Everyone comes Monday, February 11. Please make sure PHYSICALS are updated. Track Participation Fee is $50.
