12 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Are all Cox employees eligible to participate in the program? Participation is voluntary. Generally, eligible participants include Cox full-time and part-time employees. Please see the Participation Matrix in the Terms and Conditions section at for complete details. Can I submit referrals for my friends, family and local businesses and the people I encounter? With their consent, you can submit a referral on behalf of any current or prospective customer for specific Cox products and services. How do I know how many point I have earned through the Cox employee referral program? You can view the points earned through the referral program on the Track Referrals tab at The section will state points pending and the points that were loaded previously into your Amplifi account. You can also view your current total Amplifi points balance. Once you login into your Amplifi profile, the balance will be located in the upper right corner or via the statement tab. How do I login to Amplifi? There are two ways to access Amplifi. When you are on the Cox Network, you can access Amplifi through MyAxis/MyResources. You will not need to use a login and password. If you are home or using a personal device, you are required to use your Amplifi login and password. Your login is your 8 digit employee ID (including the two leading zeros). Click on Shop to spend your points. If I am a Field Technician, does this count towards my sales quota? No. This program is separate and awards referrals only. This is to be used when you are not installing the product. 12
