1 IDBI Bank Limited Pre-qualification of Vendors for Air-conditioning Works IDBI Bank Ltd. invites applications in the prescribed format for pre-qualification of vendors for next three years towards Air-conditioning (AC) Works for its proposed new as well as old to be renovated/ relocated branches / offices / ATM's at various locations PAN-India for an estimated quantity of 6000 Tr during next three years. Manufacturers fulfilling the following criteria shall be eligible for pre-qualification: 1. The manufacturers are only eligible to participate. 2. Minimum annual financial turnover of the vendor should be Rs.100 Core every year during last 3 years. Copy of balance sheet / auditor s report indicating the same may be attached. 3. Vendor shall have similar rate contract agreement with at least Two Banks/Financial Institutions/Govt Undertakings, which may include IDBI Bank also. 4. The manufacturer should have successfully executed following capacity of the airconditioning works of office premises utilizing Packaged, Ductable, Cassette, Split & Window air-conditioning units PAN-India during last 3 years for Banks, Financial Institutions/Govt. undertakings. a.) 2000 Tr air-conditioning works during each of the last three years ending 31/12/2018 or b.) 3000 Tr air-conditioning works during each of the last two years ending 31/12/2018 or c.) 4800 Tr air-conditioning works during last one year ending 31/12/2018. (Order copies/completion certificate should be enclosed). 5. The bidder must have manufacturing facility in India for AC units such as Window AC, HW split AC, Cassette AC, Vertical type split AC, Ductable AC units, Floor mounted and Package AC units etc. and shall have manufacturing range of 1 TR to 22 TR capacities in these different types. The vendors shall have service network in minimum 20 nos. of state capital to take care of the supply, installation and service of the AC units. The list of office/service center shall be attached. The manufacturers, who fulfill the above criteria may download the application from Bank s website i.e Application (Annexure-I) complete with all the details as per the format be submitted in a sealed envelope along with Annexure II & III to General Manager (FIMD), IDBI Bank Ltd.. IDBI Tower, 14 th floor, Cuffe Parade, Mumbai on or before Hrs. on March 12, Incomplete applications shall be summarily rejected. For any further details, please contact Tel No / Any information furnished by the applicant found to be incorrect at a later stage, the vendor is liable to be barred from tendering / taking up any future work in the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to verify the particulars furnished by the applicant independently.
