Please note there is no sharing of registrations. N4C must be notified in writing by the original registrant or authorized representative of the organization paying for the registration. The substitute registrant must be qualified to receive your registration rate or the difference between the two fees will be charged. Cancellation Policy Cancellation notices must be submitted to N4C via to tonyap@campuschildren.org or via fax to (615) Cancellations received on or prior to December 30, 2018 will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations after that date are not eligible for refunds or credit toward any future N4C events. Hotel Information All reservation must be made prior to March 4, 2019 and are available on a first come, first serve basis. There are a limited number of sleeping rooms available so make your reservation today by calling (843) and asking for the N4C rate.
