The proponent required by the NEB to engge nd consult with potentilly ffected Aboriginl groups to explin the proposed project, nd provide n opportunity to dcuss ny concerns tht my need to be ddressed before decions re mde. The proponent will submit informtion on the nture of concerns red by Aboriginl groups nd its efforts to ddress them through its project design nd mitigtion mesures.
