2 THE BIG SHARE BASICS The Big Share is an online day of giving hosted by Community Shares of Wisconsin for nearly 70 local nonprofits dedicated to building an equitable, just community and protecting our environment. The Big Share started in 2015 as a fun, easy and flexible way for you and your employees to donate to and to learn more about organizations that help our community. In just two years, The Big Share has raised over $500,000 from thousands of individual donors. The Big Share is an opportunity for the entire community to come together and show their support for the causes and values they care about. The Big Share gives Dane County the chance to build a safe community where all of our neighbors can thrive. - Cheri Dubiel, CSW Executive Director The 2017 Big Share is Tuesday, March 7! Community Shares and our nonprofits will kick things off at 12:00 a.m. and will keep the momentum going all day and night until 11:59 p.m. Mark your calendars for an incredible day of generosity, partnership, and community-building. This year we need everyone to do what they can to help us reach our goal of $300,000! Visit and check out #cswbigshare for more information.
