Exhibit Table Details COST: $450 Associate Members (before April 22nd) $500 Non-Members (before April 22nd) $350 Additional Member Table $400 Additional Non-Member Table Exhibit table prices go up $50 after April 22nd SPECIFICATIONS: 8-foot by 6-foot space with a 6-foot table and two chairs NOTE: If your equipment or backdrop doesn t fit in the 8x6 space, you will need to purchase an additional exhibit table. TABLE LOCATION: An exhibitor diagram is available on the registration form. You can choose your table location when you register for a table. Exhibit Hall Activity This year, attendees will all receive a game card in their registration materials to complete and turn in for a chance to win a door prize. As part of the exhibit hall game, each attendee will have to visit each exhibitor to complete their card. Once they have completed their game card, they can turn it in to be eligible for door prizes. DOOR PRIZES We re asking that each exhibitor bring a door prize to donate for our exhibit hall activity (less than $50). During the door prize drawings, you will have the opportunity to introduce your company, draw a completed game card and award your door prize. Please note: Non-exhibitors will not be allowed in the exhibit hall. FAQs Why are we only exhibiting one day? In the past, your time with the attendees was limited to 15 minute breaks over a period of 2-3 days. This year s schedule includes several longer breaks, a lunch and a social event to ensure your time spent with the attendees is long enough to be worth your trip. Can I attend the entire conference? Yes! We encourage you to attend all of the meetings and social functions. Lunch and Dinner on Wednesday are included in your exhibit table cost. Where should I make my hotel reservations? The conference will take place at the Coeur d Alene Resort. For reservations, please call Our group block starts at $99 and the discounted rates will expire on April 13, When do I get to pick my table location? There is a diagram that is available for download on the registration form. You can select your top three choices during the registration process. You will receive a confirmation with your table number shortly after ISA receives your exhibit registration form. 3 Become a Sponsor. Welcome Reception Sponsor $2500 The sponsor of this conference event will be the sole sponsor of the Welcome Reception on Monday evening. Your name and logo will be featured in the conference agenda and on signage during the event. Exhibit Hall Break Sponsor $1000 There are two Exhibit Hall Break Sponsorships available, a morning and an afternoon. These expanded breaks will include snacks, coffee, sodas and tea. Sponsors will receive signage on the refreshment table, a mention and thank you prior to the break, as well as recognition on the conference agenda. Coffee Break Sponsors $500 We are looking for sponsors of the various coffee breaks during the course of the Summer Conference. Sponsors will receive signage on the refreshment table, a mention and thank you prior to the break, as well as recognition on the conference agenda. There are multiple coffee break sponsorships available. Please indicate if you have a time or date preference on your application. Tuesday Lunch Sponsor $3000 lunch on Tuesday. Your business will have the option to address the attendees during lunch, as well as receiving recognition on the conference agenda and signage at the lunch. Exhibit Hall Lunch Sponsor $3500 lunch in the Exhibit Hall on Wednesday. Your business will have the option to address the attendees during lunch, as well as receiving recognition on the conference agenda and signage at the lunch. Exhibit Hall Game Sponsor $1000 the exhibit hall game on Wednesday. This includes a short description of your company and your logo on the exhibit hall game. Register Today!

4 Rules and Regulations 2016 Summer Conference Coeur d Alene, Idaho Exhibitor Rules and Regulations Please read and sign to accept these rules and regulations 1. Standard Exhibit Table Description All exhibits are 8 by 6. Items can be placed along the sides or on tables as long as they do not obstruct a view of the adjacent exhibit. 2. Exhibit Prices The standard exhibit will be $450 for Associate Members and $500 for non-members. Additional exhibits may be purchased for $350 or $400. After April 22nd, exhibit table prices go up $50 Each exhibit includes: a. One draped 6 table and two chair. b. Electricity (if indicated on the registration) c. One full conference registration per exhibit. 3. Reservation for Exhibit Space Reservations for exhibit space will be accepted upon receipt of your registration. All requests will be processed on a first come, first assigned basis. To reserve exhibit space, please complete the electronic registration and submit it to the Idaho Sheriffs Association. 4. Payment for Exhibit Space ISA accepts checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payment for exhibit space is due by May Cancellations All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Kristin Cundiff by at kcundiff@idcounties.org. If, for any reason, we must cancel our participation in the conference, we will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee per single exhibit as long as the cancellation is submitted by May 15, Cancellations after this date are subject to no refund and will be evaluated by the Idaho Sheriffs Association on a case by case basis. 6. Exhibit Hall Set Up/Tear Down Hours Exhibitor set up will take place on Wednesday, May 25 from 7:00 am - 9:00 am. Exhibitor Tear Down will occur on Wednesday, May 25 after 4:15 pm. 7. Location Coeur d Alene is located in North Idaho in Kootenai County. The closest airport is the Spokane Airport in Spokane, Washington. Coeur d Alene is located approximately 45 minutes from Spokane, Washington. 8. Liability and Insurance Insofar as liability is concerned, exhibitor agrees to protect, save, and hold the Idaho Sheriffs Association and the Coeur d Alene Resort, and its employees and all beneficiaries and agents thereof, (hereinafter collectively called Indemnitees) forever harmless for any damages or charges imposed for violations of any law or ordinance, whether occasioned by the exhibitors or those holding under the exhibitor, and further, exhibitor shall at all times protect, indemnify, save and hold harmless the Indemnitees against and from any and all losses, costs (including attorneys fees), damage, liability, or expense arising from or out of or by any reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrence to any person or persons or to the property of same, including the exhibitor, its agents employees, and business invitees which arises from or out of or by any reason of said exhibitor s occupancy and use of exhibition premises or a part thereof, except such as shall arise directly from the acts of the Indemnitees. Insurance on each exhibit shall be obtained at the exhibitor s own expense. 9. Firearms All operable firearms displayed by an exhibitor shall be unloaded and secured by a gun-tie in such a manner that the firearm can not be operated during the conference. Exhibitor shall take any and all actions to secure firearms and/or other items that are under his/ her control which might cause death or injury to the public and/or other exhibitors and any other person(s) at ISA Conferences.
