You may bring signs, and banners to hold prior to the session start for your Division to show its spirit. If your Division has hats, wear them too. However, common courtesy applies and these materials must be put away before each General Session begins. No laser pointers, noisemakers, silly string, confetti or other projectile materials will be allowed. Divisions will be disqualified if this rule is not complied with.
