The meeting proceedings are summarized below: Page 1

2 1. Mr. Prakash Gaur, VP-Planning, Architecture and Environment, GIFT Project welcomed all the participants. 2. Dr. Ganesh Babu, VP- Infrastructure Planning, made a presentation to all the participants about Multi Level Parking Project, current status and Salient Features along with various ongoing and envisaged developments in the GIFT Project. 3. During the session, Mr. Prakash Gaur, Dr. Ganesh Babu, Mr. Anil Kumar Naswa and Mr. Ketan Pancholi provided clarifications to the various bidders on their written queries which were received by the GIFTCL. 4. Participants also sought clarification during an open question-answer session and suitable responses were provided to them. Queries received from prospective bidders along with response to the same (including Addenum-1) are attached at Annexure-A. VP-Planning, Architecture and Environment, GIFTCL extended vote of thanks to all the participants and concluded the pre-bid meeting. In such case 2 teams shall be required. Section 3: Terms of Reference; (B) Scope of work, Role & Functions of IE; Page 37 Construction stage for Project Phase 1 and Phase 2 will not start simultaneously. RFP conditions shall prevail. 4 it is noted that the final selection of the consultant shall be on least cost basis. We request you to kindly change the selection process to Qualify cum Cost basis selection (QCBS) for a better and competitive bidding. 6 Addendum Clause No. Original(Instead Of) Amendment ( Read As) Section 2: Instruction to Bidders; Clause Eligible Bidders; Page 11 Clause (2.2.5) Technical Eligibility Criteria: (a) The Bidder should have by itself (in the case of a single bidder) or collectively (in the case of a Consortium bidder) successfully acted as PMC/ Independent Engineer for design, implementation and management of at least one state-of-art ramp based multi level Parking(MLP) building of 2000 equivalent Car Park Spaces capacity or more with IPMS Technology during the last four years ending March (b) The bidder (single or consortium) need to submit the notarized copy of the work order and completion certificate from respective client for each project in support of their claim. Clause (2.2.5) Technical Eligibility Criteria: (a) The Bidder should have by itself (in the case of a single bidder) or collectively (in the case of a Consortium bidder) successfully acted as PMC/Independent Engineer for design, implementation and management of at least one state-of-art ramp based multi level Parking(MLP) building of 1000 equivalent Car Park Spaces capacity or more with IPMS Technology during the last four years ending March (b) The bidder (single or consortium) need to submit the notarized copy of the work order and completion certificate from respective client for each project in support of their claim.
