1 Ver.1.01 IUMRS-ICAM 2017 Abstract submission and Online Registration 1 Abstract submission 1) In order to register your abstract for IUMRS-ICAM 2017, please create My Page account. 2) One address cannot be used for the creation of two 'My Page' accounts. 3) Up to two presentations are acceptable by one address. 4) Only PDF file within 10 MB can be uploaded. 5) Marked with * is compulsory to be filled in. 6) Registered information can be modified even after submitting the information. In this case, updated abstract should be submitted again. 7) Following the acceptance of your abstract, registration is required to be done. 8) Number of co-authors can be modified. Please select the number from the pull down list. If you leave unfilled co-author(s), error message appears. 2 Abstract submission for Young Scientist Award 1) One presentation per My Page can be submitted to Young Scientist Award. 2) You can add co-authors information up to five persons in one page. Even if you leave unfilled co-author(s), submission for Young Scientist Award could be completed. 3) Only PDF file can be uploaded. 3 Registration for participation (Please go to this process after the acceptance of your abstract.) 1) Button of Registration can be displayed at My Page. 2) If you press the button, information of the presenter and submission number is shown on the registration page. 3) In case of presenter, please fill your presentation number in the required column. Registration for audience starts only after presenter s registration is closed. 4) In case of selecting the fee for Member of MRS-J/IUMRS or Academic Societies in Cooperation, please input the membership number in the required column. 5) Membership fee is applied for the member of Academic Societies in Cooperation listed in the separated page. 6) Please prepare your credit card if you make credit card payment. 7) Please refrain from pressing the submission button twice after inputting the credit card information.

If you foget your password, please press the Password reissue button and reset the password at the page of reissuing the password. (Password reissue) Please input your registered address and press SEND. URL for reissuing the password shall be delivered to your registered address. Pleaes create a new password at the page for reissuing.

3 1) Creation of My Page Please proceed to the page of My Page creation. Marked with * is compulsory to be filled in. Your password has to consit of at least six characters. Only one byte character is acceptable.

4 After creating My Page, New Abstract Submission button appears. Plesae press this button and proceed to the abstract submission. 2) After creation of My Page Registerd informaton is shown. If you newly submit abstract, please press New Abstract Submission.

If you do not fill in the required columns throughly or input incorrectly, error message is displayed. Please correct the data in accordance with error message.

10 After submitting the data, confirmation shall be delivered to your registered address.

11 2 Registration for Young Scientist Awards Registeration for Young Scientist Award can be made at My Page. There is a button of Awards nomination at the bottom. 1) Rules Rules and Eligibility The nominee shall not have reached his or her 40th birthday on or before 27th August, The nominee must submit the documents [curriculum vitae (CV) including the date of birth (2-page maximum), extended abstract in accordance with the template for the award nomination (4-page maximum) and list of recent publications (2-page maximum)], which are to be announced on the web page of IUMRS-ICAM The deadline for the submission of the documents is 28th February, Extended abstract template: YSA_IUMRS-ICAM2017_Template.docx At the timing of the submission of the documents for the award, the nominee must have completed abstract submission as a presenter in the symposia of IUMRS-ICAM The title of the extended abstract for the award nomination should not be the same as the title(s) of the abstract(s) submitted for presentation(s) in the symposia. The documents submitted by the nominees are to be reviewed by referees. The referees will select eligible candidates as finalists, who shall be asked to participate in the "Finalist Session for Young Scientist Awards", which is to be held on 28th August, 2017, and deliver their presentations under the title of the extended abstract submitted as one of the documents for the award nomination. It is noted that the finalist must have completed the registration process of IUMRS-ICAM 2017 before his or her presentation in the Finalist Session. The award winners will be selected from the finalists based on both the pre-evaluation of the documents submitted by the nominees and the evaluation of the presentations in the "Finalist Session for Young Scientist Awards." The award winners will be announced in the award ceremony to be held during the banquet on 30th August, After the award ceremony, a group photo of the award winners will be taken. The photographs will be uploaded onto the homepage of the conference. For Academic Societies in Cooperation, please refer to the separated list. If you need visa support, please check the item of Request. Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd. shall contact you later. You can choose payment ways: bank transfer, credit card, payment onsite by cash and onsite by credit card. If you make payment onsite, Early Bird fee is not applicable.

20 Only VISA card and Master card are acceptable. Other credit cards such as JCB or Amex can not be used. Card number, validity and security code should be inputted. Please refrain from pressing the submission button twice after inputting your credit card information. On settlement, confirmation is displayed. Transmission success

21 Red error messages shall be displayed in case of : -wrong card number -wrong validity -wrong security code -ecceeding credit limit -unusable card If you retry the credit card payment, please press the button of Retry Credit Card Payment and proceed to online credit card page. You can also change to another credit card. On completing the payment, confirmation shall be delivered to the registered address.

22 Confirmation of registration You can check the registered information at My Page. If you complete the registration, link of Invoice No. is shown in the Registration column. Please click the link and check the registered information. Please print out this page and take it with you to the reception at the conference.

23 Modification of registered information and payment method can be made. Please press Editing for modification. Retry of online credit card payment can be done. If the payment completed, Paid can be displayed in the Payment column. If not, No Paid is displayed in the Payment column.
