2017 SPONSORSHIP & MARKETING GUIDE Hardin County Chamber & Business Alliance 225 S. Detroit Street Kenton, OH P F

HARDIN COUNTY CHAMBER & BUSINESS ALLIANCE 2017 SPONSORSHIP & MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES GUIDE JOIN THE ALLIANCE PRESIDENT S CLUB Our 2017 programs, events and committees promise to be strategic, innovative and exciting, keeping the momentum going from all the success of the previous year. In addition to offering you exceptional opportunities to showcase your business, the Alliance provides an economic way for you to invest in the future of our communitie s expanding economy and emerging market. Designed to fit any budget, the Alliance President s Club sponsorship program is broken down into three great promotional packages: (Platinum, Gold and Silver). The Alliance President s Club is an annual investment and is tax deductible as a business expense. These sponsorship packages and à la carte marketing and advertising opportunities is in addition to your annual membership fee to the Hardin County Chamber & Business Alliance. As a member of the Alliance President s Club, your support helps us advance the Alliance s mission and strategic business priorities for Hardin County. While every member is invited to become a member of the Alliance President s Club, this program is an option and not a requirement. Alliance members will still have the opportunity to participate in the various programs, events, committees and activities for free, unless there is a specific charge for a major event, such as the Annual Dinner, Christmas luncheon, Golf Outing, etc.

SIGN UP: To become a member of the Alliance President s Club, simply fill out the enclosed form and fax or mail the form with the option to pay with your credit card or we can invoice your payment. All payments must be received and processed by January 31, THE BENEFITS: The value, benefits and marketing exposure of the Alliance President s Club far exceeds the cost. The various sponsorship packages available allow you to receive community exposure throughout Hardin County and include event benefits and cost-effective advertising. Plus, the program eliminates the repetitive solicitation of funds for every event and marketing opportunity! This not only saves you time, but also allows your Alliance to operate in a more efficient and professional manner. PACKAGE OPTIONS: There are three levels of the Alliance President s Club sponsorship: Platinum, Gold and Silver. Each level has the varying amounts of benefits depending on your investment and includes everything listed in its column. In addition, we have a limited à la carte menu to provide options that might not be offered in a lower package or for those who might want to only choose a few specific items.

ALLIANCE EVENTS, PROGRAMS & COMMITTEE OVERVIEW: ALLIANCE EVENTS ALLIANCE EVENTS ANNUAL MEETING: The Alliance Annual Meeting brings together over 250 business and community members, elected officials and government leaders to highlight and discuss the successes of the current year and provide an outlook for the year ahead. Along with guest speakers, this event features a networking reception and dinner presentation. The Alliance will recognize incoming and outgoing board members and present very deserving awards for Citizen of the Year, Business of the Year and the Community Service Awards. CHAMBER LEGISLATIVE BREAKFAST: Each year, the Alliance will host a Spring Legislative Breakfast Briefing, inviting elected officials from the local, state and federal levels to provide legislative and policy updates as it relates to the business community. MEMBERSHIP APPRECIATION DAY: During the summer, the Alliance Board of Directors and Staff host a special luncheon to say thank you to the Alliance Membership for their support. Members are welcome to bring a guest and enjoy a social gathering with great food. ANNUAL GOLF OUTING: The Annual Hardin County Chamber & Business Alliance Golf Scramble is our largest fundraising event held in August to help promote and support our organization. The teams consist of four players, regardless of handicaps, and is held at Veterans Memorial Park Golf Club in Kenton. This is a great networking and social event for the Alliance Membership. CHRISTMAS AROUND THE SQUARE: Christmas Around the Square is a Holiday and Christmas craft show located inside the historic Hardin County Courthouse in Kenton. This event has become a holiday tradition in Hardin County and features live music, great shopping on all three floors of the courthouse, homemade food, and an Annual Basket Live Auction that features unique gifts donated by Alliance members. KENTON HISTORIC COURTHOUSE DISTRICT EVENTS: Each year, the Kenton Historic Courthouse District hosts two major events, Eats on the Street: Friday Night Food Truck Fest in June, where gourmet food trucks, craft beers, live bands, car show vintage motorcycle display, and chalk artists bring a community together, of all ages, within downtown Kenton for a fun evening in the summer. Then, in the middle of October the Alliance hosts the Buckeye Bash Game Watch Party in downtown Kenton. With many food options the community watches the Ohio State football game on a 30 foot jumbo screen. In addition, during the holiday months of November through January, the Kenton Historic Courthouse District comes alive with Window Wonderland. These downtown storefront windows are designed with Christmas and holiday décor designs that include animation, Christmas trees, lights and several unique décor items make for a scenic downtown. This event pairs well with the annual Christmas Around the Square event, Lion s Club Holiday Parade and Courthouse Lighting Celebration making for a festive place to shop and dine during the holiday season.

ALLIANCE NETWORKING & PROGRAMS LUNCH & LEARN PROGRAM: Lunch & Learn provides the Alliance Membership the opportunity to hear from local and regional experts on various topics, as a way of additional education.
