The ceremony, officiated by Mr Lim Hng Kiang, Minister for Trade and Industry, signifies a new milestone for Soilbuild as the first private developer at the Fusionopolis cluster to develop a 15-storey multitenanted creative hub with sustainable green facilities. The 15-storey sustainable building incorporates unique green features and is conceived as a vibrant focal point for the onenorth community through its open spaces and cascading landscaped terrace gardens. Named Solaris and designated for the research and development activities in the infocommunications, media, science and engineering industries, the 7,734 square metres site at Ayer Rajah Avenue/one-north Crescent was awarded to Soilbuild by JTC Corporation ( JTC ) under a Concept and Fixed-Price Tender just two months earlier, in April SB (Solaire) Investment Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of Soilbuild Group Holdings Ltd, will be the single-purpose vehicle to undertake the development and leasing of the landmark business park facility. Today s groundbreaking ceremony is another milestone event for the Fusionopolis cluster.
