1 Dear Outdoor Enthusiasts, In February, over 300 people from throughout Oklahoma will gather in for the annual Oklahoma Natural Resources Conference. These fish, wildlife and rangeland professionals will spend two and a half days in to learn, share and shape the state dialog on hunting, fishing and outdoor recreation. The Oklahoma Natural Resources Community is inviting you to become a sponsor of this important event! 4 The Vendor area will be in the second floor foyer at the Hyatt Regency Hotel located at 100 East 2 nd St., OK for the. Set up will be Wednesday February 20 from 2-6 p.m. There will be a mixer from 6:00-8 p.m. that Wednesday night and meetings from 8-5 on Thursday. The will wrap up on Friday by noon. We are asking vendors to participate Wednesday through Thursday evening. Vendors are welcome to be set up Friday morning through the morning sessions. A 6 ft. table with table cloth and skirting, 2 chairs and wi-fi will be provided. The vendor area is an open common area. Arrangements can be made to provide a secure area where booth material can be stored overnight. There will not be overnight security. All vendor/exhibitor loading and unloading of equipment must be done through hotel loading docks located on the north side of the hotel. Loading or unloading through the main entrance of the hotel is prohibited. Parking: 1. all hotel-registered guests may self-park complimentary in the attached covered south parking garage. 2. All hotel registered guests who wish to valet park during their stay will incur a $15.00 charge per vehicle, per day for this service. This service may be billed to their guestroom. 3. Local attendees not staying at the hotel will pay $8.00 per day to park in the attached covered south garage or the west garage (northwest corner of 2 nd st and Boulder), based upon availability. Additional lots including surface and covered are available within walking distance with prices starting at $5.00 per day. (Self-parking and valet parking charges are subject to change.)
