Operators ran similar business in Texas and just relocated to Redmond. Just Cut Juice Bar, 412 SE Evergreen Avenue Former Carquest location is in planning and permitting for a healthy juice bar and fitness center. Plans are to open this winter. Best Care, 1470 NW 4 th Street Drug rehab treatment facility begins design work and acquisition of Dr. Unger s property in the Professional Business and Medical District. Property Transactions Wild Ride, 314 SW 5 th Street Parr Lumber sells building to Wild Ride. A good success story of urban renewal investment.

4 L Rancho, 423 NW 6 th Street-Pictured 2 Apartment building sells and new owner has renovation plans including new windows and landscaping. Another good UR story, UR invests in improvements and building sells. Landaker Building, 457 SW 6 th Street Building at corner of Evergreen and 6 th (Soup 2 Nuts) sells. Smoke Shop Building, 245 SW 6 th Street Building, just north of Cascade, sells and plans begin for brew pub. Property Improvements La Fondita, 122 SW 5 th Street-Pictured 3 & 4 Property owner and tenant work with UR to replace non-conforming sign with new pedestrian scale sign.
