This examination aims at equipping the candidates with knowledge in all aspects of Treasury Management and has a high level of recognition. ACI Educational Programmes (Dealing Certificates & Diploma) are internationally popular with the following advantages. Globally acknowledged Certification Thorough exposure to Treasury & Forex markets Higher Career Development prospects Readiness to accept the challenges of reforms It has been an endeavour of Forex Association of India (FAI) to encourage its members to participate in this examination in order to qualitatively improve their knowledge levels in Treasury Management. Towards this end FAI proposes to conduct a special training program for ACI Dealing Certificate and Examination. The program is aimed at preparing the Currency Dealers from Banks and Currency brokers from Broking Houses and other executives for the Examination. We are confident that the knowledge acquired by the Dealers with ACI Educational Programmes will be of immense benefit for the respective organizations. FAI strongly believes that Currency Dealers should take up this programme both for their personal development and for the development of the markets. In order to encourage Dealers to take up this examination FAI has regularly been reimbursing the candidates their examination fees on their successful completion. However in order to popularize and make the participation more broad-based FAI has now taken a special initiative to conduct a special training programme and offer financial assistance for the Dealing Certificate Programme. We plan to conduct a special programme to train the candidates for 4days The cost of the training programme would be Rs. 14,000/- (including course materials, class room charges etc.) and the

3 Examinations fees is Rs16, 000/- approximately. Thus the total cost for training and examination will be Rs. 30,000 approximately. FAI proposes following fee structure for the whole package: Cost to be borne by the Banks/Broking Houses/Institutions for Nominating Dealers/Employees to the Programme: 20,000/- Financial assistance from FAI: 10,000/- Rs Rs The Training for the Dealing Certificate will be conducted by the FAI with the help of the experts in the FX markets and by the Dealers who have completed ACI Dealing Certificate/Diploma Examinations. The training programme for the Dealing Certificate Examination will be conducted at Trinity Academy for Corporate Training Limited, (affiliated to City and Guilds, U.K.). The Academy is well equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and is aimed at creating value for organizations by focusing on the growth of human capital in all its dimensions.
