3 Strategic Plan Goals County Goal: The County will provide a robust, diverse economy with more quality jobs and an expanded commercial tax base. DED Mission: To improve the County s economic base by encouraging new businesses to locate in Prince William County, retain existing businesses and encourage existing businesses to expand.
