WHY Support SME s and product development Build relationships across sector, research, training and investors HOW Steering Committee formed in 2015, Port of Seattle s Maritime Innovation Center Contracted The Maritime Alliance to help create a business plan Engaged in stakeholder engagement for center focus and key partnerships

WHY Implementation of commercialized technology Increase predictable regulatory climate for ecological and economic growth Strengthen recruitment, retention and expansion HOW Incentives: Clean Energy Fund, R&D Tax Credit, SRF/WorkStart, others New options: Carbon or NOx Fund, Regulatory Streamlining Legislative capital investment
