3 Report on an Alumni Meet-2016 Event: Alumni Meeting 2016 and Networking Date: 24th September, 2016 Objective: The of organized "ALUMNI MEET 2016"- a programme to facilitate, consolidate and coordinate Alumni Activities at at B. C. Roy Auditorium on 24th September, The planned objective was to interact with the alumni, planning different passed out batches, database updating of the alumni association, Taking Alumni Feedback etc. was conducted successfully. Participation: All the existing office bearers of (Registered) and 140 alumni in total participated. Agenda: To interact with the Alumni A grate networking is created between members and alumni To focus on the fund raising for association activities To plan and design association services for the students To conceptualize and plan a global scale Alumni Meet Everyone enjoyed songs by two alumni Everyone enjoyed lunch and snacks Database updating of the alumni association. To discuss on the organogram and discuss about the formation of Executive Council
4 Photographs on Alumni Meet Outcome: The event was stimulating and enjoyable and simultaneously profitable as all members shared their views ideate and good numbers of new ideas, information and insights came up. Also a great networking is created between all by this. The association is hopeful to run and successfully structure and position itself into a fully functional global platform for JISCE Alumni. The minutes of the previous meeting was approved by all the members present. 3. Proposal was made to communicate with the students from passed out batches for the record/database updating procedure. 4. The meeting ended with vote of thanks.

9 Report on Visiting Orphanage Event: Visiting Orphanage Date: Objective: Helping to orphan children, give them some food & cloths and encourage more people to take part in. Participants: members, College students and Alumni. Brief Report: As a part of Social activities of the, JISCE has organized a Visiting to an orphanage in Bhagirathi Shilpashram at our college on 23 rd January, The Community Connect Club, JISCE has decided to distribute new cloths for the girls aged between 6 years to 12 years and refreshments for all residential. It was such a wonderful event and great experience to be with those children and alumni have motivated them and share their knowledge with them. Outcome: The children were very happy. It was such a wonderful experience to be with the children.

Roy Auditorium on 12 th December, The planned objective was to interact with the alumni, planning visit to orphanage, conducting Alumni Satisfaction Survey, Taking Alumni Feedback etc. was conducted successfully. Participation: All the existing office bearers of (Registered) and 139 alumni in total participated. Agenda: To interact with the Alumni To Plan organize and coordinate alumni association activities and development of sustainability plan. To focus on the fund raising for projects To plan and design association services for the students To conceptualize and plan a global scale Alumni Meet To discuss on the organogram and discuss about the formation of Executive Council Reviewing the membership categories along with membership charges.
12 To discuss on the visit of orphanage. A grate networking is created between members and alumni Registration & Alumni Wall Very first, all the alumni registered themselves at Registration desk and tagged their memories on Alumni Wall. Fellowship & Department Visit During fellowship, alumni got an opportunity to interact with their old classmates and faculty members and cherished their memories. They also visited the college campus and appreciated the positive changes that have happened in the institute. Inauguration of the Event As per the tradition, the event commenced with lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Principal and few HODs of the institute. Photographs on Alumni Meet
13 Conclusion After analyzing the entire meet, we came to following conclusion The team efforts can bring more fruitful results rather than individual efforts. It is always better to organize a Group Alumni Meet rather than Individual meet. Small things can make big difference and leave an everlasting impression in the mind of attendee such as- Alumni Wall, Group Photo frame as a Memento, etc. It is important to have personal connects with the students even if they pass out from the institute. 19 Report on Special Class for under Privileged Child Event: Special Class for Under Privileged Child Date: 20/11/2014 Objective: Helping to organize special class for the under privileged children. Participants: members, College students and Alumni. Brief Report: As a part of Social activities of the, JISCE has organized a Special Classes for the under privileged children at our college on 20 th November, Our college and its students visited places that were housing several under privileged children and facilitated them with Special classes. They were also gifted study materials and clothes which the college had previously procured. College students and alumni the Program made the event successful. Outcome: Students are highly motivated and happy after having helped those in need.

21 To discuss on the organogram and discuss about the formation of Executive Council To enlighten members about the statute of JISCE and provisions of To conduct among present members Alumni Satisfaction Survey through a supplied format To take alumni feedback on academic activities Resolutions: 1. Alumni association will be a standalone body and will operate as per the guideline of JISCE and function as per existing regulation of JISCE statute. 2. To declare a date to be observed as Alumni Day and organize events with Alumni 3. To plan and organize a yearly alumni meet preferable during the month of January every year. 4. The venue of all alumni meet will be JISCE preferably. 5. To communicate the same to all existing alumni and touch base to be maximized. 6. To communicate and increase the membership of alumni association with immediate effect. 7. To form EC and a draft panel created and will be approved in the next meeting and will be mandated for 3 years. 8. A yearly/ life membership fees shall be collected from all alumni to cover the expenses. 9. An open online forum may be created to interact and communicate with all alumni and take their opinion. 10. An Alumni Satisfaction Survey was conducted among all present alumni through a structured survey format. 11. The decision on all the pertaining issues and concretization of the concepts and practices a follow- up meeting will be convened on 15 th May 2014 at room No 110 at JISCE. Any other relevant matters will also be discussed. 12. The alumni Association sincerely expressed its gratitude and acknowledgement to JISCE management for guidance, support.

29 Report on Blood Donation Camp Event: Blood Donation Camp Date: Objective: Helping to organize a successful blood donation camp and encourage more people to take part in. Participants: members, College students and Alumni. Brief Report: As a part of Social activities of the, JISCE has organized a Blood Donation Camp at our college on 26 th December, The Blood Donation Camp has been arranged in Association with JNM Hospital, Kalyani, and 24Pgs (N) District Hospital, Barasat, with a capacity of 150 donors. There were 122 persons including our college students and staff members those has donated their blood and made the event successful. The donors have been provided with fruit juice and food refreshments, also a metal badge and certification of State Blood Transfusion Council. College students and alumni the Program made the event successful. Outcome: Students are highly motivated by the event.
