22 GENERAL RULES National Smart Specialisation Strategy Open calls for PIs irrespectively of their nationality Flexible project management: standard length plus extensions via internal calls requested budgets are up to PI project adjustments throughout its duration standard time allocation at 50%; for advanced PIs could be down to 20% [co-pi required]
