4 Brief Descrip on of Training Program Dated 30 April, 2016 Brief Descrip on of training Program: This training program is designed for professionals who are looking at demys fying the business, finance,technology & regulatory landscape of Handicra Sector. In this training program, major informa on necessary to enter the business of Handicra will be provided along with excellent networking opportuni es. Successful candidate will be able to have an understanding of Na onal Solar Mission, Government & State policies, Fundamentals of Solar Photovoltaic, System Designing, REC mechanism, etc. The course will be conducted in a workshop mode (par cipa ve) and each session builds upon the others. Reserva on of par cipants will be done on first come first serve basis due to limited seats availability. Selec on will be based on the merit and experience in relevant filed selected candidates only from Dist Srinagar (J&K) Those candidates who have already completed any HMCM sponsored courses are not eligible for this training program.
