SFA may receive in-person or online ICN Procurement 21 st Century Training; AND if applicable, develop a written Code of Conduct (Code) and/or Procurement Plan (Plan) If SFA has Code and Plan, but missing components: SFA must complete six-part NSD Webinar series and self certify completion. Step 3: SFA Complies with TA/Corrective Action Step 4: Participate in USDA Pilot (simultaneous w/steps 1-3) NSD will track compliance with CAP for SFAs ID d in Step 2 only. Randomly choose SFA and conduct pilot with them and USDA SFA must revise Code and Plan as needed, and keep on file for CDE (during next review, complaint, etc.) SFAs will be held harmless to a degree, unless NSD finds egregious noncompliance 2016 CASBO ANNUAL CONFERENCE & CALFORNIA SCHOOL BUSINESS EXPO 39
