Orientation is a time to explore and acclimate to Embry- Riddle s culture, meet the Eagles who will support your academic career, and establish yourself as a professional. You will hear plenty of advice over the next few weeks; listen and apply it to your own experience. Throughout campus, you have many resources and departments that can support and guide you, including the Dean of Students Office and the Student Affairs division. In one session you ll meet with your O-group (locations on page 7) and talk about student life. In the other session you ll experience Playfair at the J.P. Riddle Student Center Join us to help pack meals for hungry children and families. 2 6 p.m. Beach Bash Frank Rendon Park Come explore the sand and sea! Buses leave from the parking lot across from the Student Village and bring you to the beach to enjoy games and free sno-cones. The buses will loop between the beach and campus across the 4-hour period, so you can come and go when you wish. 7 p.m. Epic Magic Tour J.P. Riddle Student Center Three great magicians and lots of fun! 9 p.m. Movie Night: Top Gun Q Hangar Orientation concludes with this Embry-Riddle tradition. Come see Top Gun in the Hangar! ORIENTATION GROUP MEETING ROOMS O-Groups meet on Thursday and Friday mornings in the same rooms. At Check-in you were given your O-Group number (1-52), so you can find your O-Group meeting room below. If you need help finding your group, just ask an O-Team member.
