1 Thursday, August 21, 2014 Move In Day For Saint Ben s Students 8:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m. New Student Check In and Move In Outside Residence Halls 10:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. Parent Session: Option I Time for parents to hear from key administrators and the Orientation Coordinators about anything concerning their daughter s time at CSB/SJU. This session will be repeated this afternoon and parents can choose which they would rather attend. 11:00 a.m. 1:30 p.m. Community Picnic CSB Mall (Rain Location: Haehn Campus Center Field House) 12:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m. CSB Resource Fair CSB Mall(Rain Location: Haehn Campus Center Field House) Learn about departments and groups on campus who provide resources for college success. This is time for the parents and students to ask these individuals questions directly. 1:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. Parent Session: Option II Time for parents to hear from key administrators and the Orientation Coordinators about anything concerning their daughter s time at CSB/SJU. 3:45 p.m. 4:30 p.m. 4:30 p.m. 5:15 p.m. 5:30 p.m. 6:30 p.m. 6:30 p.m. 8:30 p.m. 9:00 p.m. Prayer Service and Blessing Sacred Heart Chapel All are welcome to come together as a community and join Saint Ben s Campus Ministry for a prayer service that celebrates the community of Saint Ben s. OL Groups Meet Students will be met by their Orientation Leader at their room. Once their whole group is together, they will walk down to the first year survey. First Year Survey and Alumnae Hall A survey by the College of Saint Benedict to collect information regarding the incoming class. Opening Dinner: We Are Bennies Haehn Campus Center Field House The students will meet their orientation leader and the group of students they will be spending time with during Orientation. Together they will walk to the HCC for dinner. This event includes dinner and a program where students and staff explore their individual identities and roots. Residential Life Community Activities Residence Halls Students enjoy a community activity with floormates and Residential Assistant.
