Purchase by phone: Frist Campus Center Film & Performance Theatre Performance: Spring Dance Festival Performance: Krasnoyarsk Co of Siberia There are many peoples in Siberia with their own culture, literature and art, and Krasnoyarsk National Dance Company is their ambassador, its 55 members demonstrating the spiritual wealth of the region by choreographic means. The dances follow one another in a kaleidoscope fashion as a continual stream of folk dance elements creating large choreographic canvases, decorated by hundreds of costumes and accompanied by an orchestra of folk and traditional instruments. Treasures of folk art are eternal, but only when they are in the hands of a company like Krasnoyarsk do they acquire value. Tickets required; $20-52/ticket.
