12 Future Recruitment Strategy/ Plans Energy Consortia to market the program statewide in conjunction with the Get Into Energy brand. Regional programs will become model to encourage statewide campuses to continue the model to recruit this demographic and cohort program to increase completion rates.
13 Sustainability Plan Use this model as we continue to recruit for the Energy Industry. Gather student and employer testimonies and incorporate in presentation for career fairs, employer presentations, Spring and Fall Boot Camps, etc. Look for opportunities to partner with Utilities in the classroom and the workplace; i.e. job shadowing, internships, co-op work programs, etc.
