14 In an effort to better serve in-bound students athletes and NCAA member institutions, the Eligibility Center launched a new and improved Web site in summer New Web site will be used by SAs who plan to enroll in Fall 2010 or later. I have step-by-step instructions available. Eligibility Center Enhancements
15 In order to have a more consistent method of communicating with PSAs, a Task List feature has been added to the Eligibility Center Web site. The academic and/or amateurism certification staff will assign a task to a PSA if he or she needs additional educational information or anything related to his or her amateurism case. The PAS will receive an stating ti that t he or she has an outstanding task. The PSA should follow the instructions in the to complete the task. Task list

27 Systems and paperwork are created to assist both the coaches and the institution in monitoring NCAA rules compliance As such there are times when information is gathered from other support staff or student-athletes Please know that recent NCAA legislation indicates that ethical conduct violation can be charged to person or person(s) influencing the submission of false information Should not be a problem in our department as everyone s goal is to run a compliant program However an example of where this can come into play is a recent infractions case in which student-athletes were told or encouraged to provide false information when asked about practice times and per diems.
