RECRUITMENT INITIATIVES Type of Recruitment Initiative (Menu Selection) Brief Description of Activity 1 Participate in Job Fair On October 3, 2017, our SEU participated in the Northwest Missouri State University Spring Career Day sponsored by Northwest Missouri State University, which took place on the campus in Maryville, Missouri. SEU participants included our Market Manager who spoke with attendees about career opportunities in radio as well as job openings and internships within our SEU. 2 Participate in event or program sponsored by or on behalf of a professional organization relating to careers in broadcasting On December 8, 2017, our SEU participated in the Cameron High School Career Day sponsored by Cameron R-1 School District, which took place in Cameron, Missouri. SEU participants included our On-Air Talent, who spoke with those in attendance about career opportunities in radio as well as job openings and internships within our SEU. 9
