2 This week s Warrior Pride is for the Class of 2018! WESTWOOD has achieved a great distinction We now have the State of AZ High School record for the most pledge cards and voter registrations in a single day. Also, we came close to beating the national record. This is definitely a Warrior Pride moment for the Class of The Inspire coordinator extended his personal congratulations to Westwood. Way to move up Seniors!

Stop by and see MCC College Adviser Mr. De La Cruz on-campus in Room 521. ******************************************************************* Mesa Public Schools College Fair Monday, October 23, 2017 MPS College Fair Time: 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Dobson High School, Gym We have over 150 colleges and universities for students to choose from. This is a great event for all high school students to attend.

6 Upcoming events for SENIORS Sept. 26, 2017: 2nd hour assembly in the Auditorium, with JOSTENS re: graduation items, ie: cap, gown, tassel, misc. Oct. 4, 2017: Both Lunches in the Amphitheater: Jostens will be taking grad orders. Oct. 5, 2017: Both Lunches in the Amphitheater: Jostens will be taking grad orders. Also from 5-7pm in the cafeteria they will return to take orders. Dec. 7, 2017: Both Lunches in the Amphitheater: Final orders for grad items will be taken. Cap, gown and tassel items will double in price after today order now and save $. Feb. 1, 2018: Juniors Jostens assembly in the auditorium 2 nd hour: COMMIT TO GRADUATE Feb. 8, 2018: Both Lunches in the Amphitheater: Jostens will be taking RING orders. They will also take seniors orders if still needed. March 28, 2018: Both Lunches in the Amphitheater: Jostens will deliver Seniors graduation orders. They will also have cap, gown and tassels available to purchase. May 15, 2018: NINE days until graduation: Seniors to attend a mandatory graduation orientation meeting in the Auditorium 2nd hour. Jostens will be in the auditorium lobby after the assembly to deliver any remaining cap, gown and tassels ordered or to be purchased. Jostens will not return to deliver after 11am today.

Remember, all projects MUST have pre-approval in order for the hours to count on your transcript (pre-means BEFORE you do the service).
