SCOPE AND PURPOSE ARTICULATION AGREEMENT AND GWINNETT TECHNICAL COLLEGE A. Articulated Programs. Saint Leo University (SLU) Gwinnett Technical College (GTC) hereby enter into the following articulation agreement governing the matriculation of the Associate in Applied Science graduates of Gwinnett Technical College into Saint Leo University Baccalaureate of Art Baccalaureate of Science degree programs. B. Purpose. It is the intention of this articulation agreement to facilitate a seamless transition from the Associate in Applied Science at Gwinnett Technical College to Baccalaureate of Art Baccalaureate of Science degree programs at Saint Leo University. C. Understing of the parties. F all Gwinnett Technical College Associate in Applied Science graduates admitted to Saint Leo University during the term of this agreement, Saint Leo University will: a. Accept coursewk as transferable to Saint Leo University on a course by course basis as applied to meet general education, maj electives degree requirements. b. Accept maximum hours transferred (64 semester hours); minimum hours in maj with SLU (15 semester hours); minimum total hours needed to graduate from SLU (120 semester hours). c. Accept transfer credit f courses in which a D grade was given. D. Severability. If, f any reason, any provision of this agreement is held invalid, all other provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect. If this agreement in whole is held invalid cannot be enfced, then to the fullest extent permitted by law, any pri agreement between the parties shall be deemed reinstated as if this agreement had not been executed.

BUSINESS AGREEMENT Article 1 Termination This agreement may be terminated by either party upon at least ninety (90) days written notice given by either party. This agreement shall continue in effect f five (5) years from the date indicated above, unless terminated by either party in writing of their desire to have it terminated. The agreement understing that termination will not be executed without a negotiated teach-out agreement f students currently enrolled. Article 2 Acceptance by Parties The parties are committed to the concept of a long-sting agreement. This agreement will be amended when Articles are added, deleted, significantly modified. Amendments must be in writing may take the fm of letters signed by the signaties their designees. The agreement may be reviewed at any time at the request of either party. 11
