18 Purpose of FGIC To support Coach Maxwell, his staff and the team in providing the best high school football experience possible. The FGIC is recognized by the IRS as a non-profit, tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3). How to become a member of FGIC As a parent of a WHS football player you are automatically a member welcome!! We ask families to contribute an FGIC membership of $225.
