The Livonia Spree is a six-day event held each year to celebrate the City's birthday and is hosted by The Livonia Anniversary Committee Inc. The Spree has over Five Hundred Thousand Visitors each year It s a non-profit volunteer group of citizens, which has sponsored the Spree since After expenses, the Livonia Spree has donates more then $1,282, back into the community, such as Parks and Recreation, three (3) college scholarships. We also contribute to all the Livonia high schools all night graduation parties, Saint Mary Angela Hospice, Livonia Civic Ballet, First Step, Boys and Girls State, Civil Air Patrol, The Livonia Police Explorers, Good Fellows, Livonia Symphony Orchestra, Salvation Army and various senior citizen events throughout the city. 2 LIVONIA SPREE SUPPORTERSHIP PROGRAM Description Gold Supporter - Contribute a minimum of $15, in financial assistance and/or in-kind service: Appreciation plaque Placement of your company/banner/poster/vehicle within specified area of event. Company logo placed on all flyers, City magazines and newsletters, website, mailings and other media Private seating for fireworks. Ten tickets to each of the following events - Pizza night and Pancake Breakfast. Ten all-day ride wristbands. (Vouchers Not Valid on Sunday) A Gold Supporter may wish to sponsor a major attraction, a particular day, the stage or tent. Your company name would be acknowledged at the beginning and end of each event Silver Supporter - Contribute a minimum of $5, in financial assistance and/or in-kind service: Appreciation plaque Placement of your company banner/poster within specified area of event. Company logo placed on all flyers, City magazines and newsletters, website, mailings and other media Private seating for fireworks. Articles placed in flyers, City magazines and newsletters, website, mailings and other media prior, during and after Spree. Distribution of tabloid insert the Monday of Spree to over 58,000 homes in Livonia, Canton, Plymouth, Westland and Northville. This tabloid highlights the calendar of events, entertainment and main attractions. Distribution of Livonia s City Newsletter to 42,500 residents and to 9,000 businesses. Distribution of Calendar of Events to 13,000 elementary school students which list your event and sponsorship. Placement of flyer in shuttle busses. Michigan s Finest City to Livonia Live, Learn, Work and Play.

6 Recognition Banners/Signage Available The Livonia Anniversary Committee, Inc. is offering recognition space on printed banners to be displayed during Livonia Spree 68. Up to 70 banners will be available for placement throughout the Spree grounds. Each banner will be approximately 16 Square feet and will be made of vinyl for foam-core board. The banners will be secured on fencing throughout the Spree grounds for the duration of Spree week which will be held June 19 through June 24, These banners are available at $ each. Multi-banner and multi-year discounts are available. On average, over 500,000 people attend Spree each year. In addition to having your banner displayed, you will receive Two all-day ride wristband, and be listed as a Spree supporter on our web site and on multiple publications, city magazines and flyers Spree supplement published in May & June The Spree supplements will be delivered to more then 40,000- plus homes in Western Wayne county and Farmington in Oakland County. The banners/signage will be printed according to your specifications but within our guidelines. Placement of the banners will be at Spree s discretion. A Recognition Banner Agreement is enclosed. This festive celebration is held the last full week of June with an attendance of more then 500,000 visitors. The location of the Spree is at Ford Field at the corner of FARMINGTON Road. and LYNDON Road. THE LIVONIA Anniversary Committee Inc. Is a non-profit volunteer group of citizens, which has sponsored the Spree since 1970? After expenses, the Livonia Spree donates to Parks and Recreation, maintaining three college scholarships.
