10 10 Deacon Family Plan As our church grows it is vitally important that we encourage and maintain our family concept. One of the ways we do this is through our Deacon Family Plan. Our deacons are servant ministers that help meet the needs of the church families. The 2018 Deacons are Harry Caruso, Troy Donaldson, Joe Elkins, Francis Raymond, Wayne Schmitz, Jere Smith, Jerry Supernault, Ken Supernault & Jim West. Through the deacon ministry plan each deacon is assigned families for whom they are responsible in helping meet needs that might arise through the year. By keeping in contact with their families, they build great relationships as they meet with, pray with, and encourage their families in their spiritual walk. 11 Looking Forward How to Get Connected 11 We believe that people grow best when they are connected through relationships with others. The best way to ensure growth is to seek out a small group at Elfers. Every area of ministry is an opportunity to get involved in a small group. Whether it be a Sunday Morning Bible Study, Sunday Evening Seminar, Weekday Mens or Ladies Growth Group, the opportunities are endless. How Do I Begin?
