These documents are being filed in accordance with 16.8 (c) of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission s (Commission) regulations. We are also transmitting this letter and referenced documents by CD-Rom (excluding Exhibit F which will be filed on a separate CD-Rom as CEII) to agencies, Native American tribes, and non-governmental organizations on the Project mailing list (see Attachment A). The DLA and Supporting Document contents on the CD-Rom are listed in Attachment B. A copy of these documents will be made available for inspection at the offices of Alabama Power Company, 600 North 18 th Street, Birmingham, Alabama. Comments on the Draft License Application and/or Support Documents are due 90 days from the date of this letter, which occurs on Monday, October 22, 2012 (the 90 th day actually falls on a Sunday so in accordance with Commission policy, comments are due on Monday).
